A creative and space holder. Through sound, breath, movement, and stillness, I host gentle gatherings where people can slow down, ground, and reconnect with themselves.
I didn't find this path because everything was fine. I found it because it wasn't.
Growing up, I faced things that shaped me quietly. I often felt different, like I didn't quite fit in. By the time I reached my twenties, I had started struggling with anxiety. I noticed I was burning out, and eventually I became depressed too. For years I tried to outrun it. I moved faster, performed harder, looked for fulfillment in everything outside of myself. None of it worked.
At some point I realized no one was coming to fix it. The only way through was to take responsibility for my own healing, even the parts that weren't my fault. To sit with myself for the first time, and actually listen. That changed everything.
It took me to Hawaii, where I started practicing yoga and meditation more often. Something cracked open. I brought the practice back to Oslo and kept it close. Then I went to Bali, because something inside me knew there was more to learn. I spent time in circles with women who weren't afraid to be raw, in sound healing ceremonies that felt like coming home, and in stillness that taught me how to truly be with myself.
What I found wasn't a fix. It was a remembering.
Through sound healing, breathwork, yoga, and sitting in circles with other women, I slowly reconnected with parts of myself I'd been running from. The answers were never out there. They were already within me. That's what see within means. It's not about having it figured out. It's about creating space to listen to yourself, to your body, to whatever is asking for your attention.
I'm not a therapist and I'm not a guru. I'm someone who holds space. I don't have all the answers and I'll never pretend to. But I deeply believe that when you give yourself permission to slow down, feel, and be honest, something shifts.
Alongside cwithin, I'm also a photographer and designer. I studied digital marketing and tried the 9-to-5 path before realizing it didn't fit me. Today I shape a life where structure and creativity can live side by side, where the practical and the spiritual aren't separate things, but two parts of the same whole.
I work across Scandinavia and Indonesia, holding space wherever I am. Whether you come once or every week, you're welcome exactly as you are.
I'll never pretend to have it all figured out. Authenticity is more healing than performance.
Slowing down isn't weakness. It's one of the bravest things you can do in a world that rewards speed.
My role isn't to tell you what to feel. It's to create the conditions where your own wisdom can surface.
see within isn't tied to one place — it's wherever we gather. I hold sessions across two corners of the world.
