Dreamer, creative, and endlessly curious. Currently based in Bali, working between Scandinavia and Indonesia. I speak Norwegian and English. This is the space where I bring it all together.
I didn't find this path because everything was fine. I found it because it wasn't.
I grew up in Norway, but I always felt like I was searching for something more. That search took me to Bali, to Hawaii, and to places I never expected. I wasn't running away. I was looking for something I couldn't find at home: new perspectives, different ways of living, people who saw the world differently. For a long time I was moving fast, performing, trying to be enough. On the outside things looked fine. On the inside I was exhausted and disconnected. Life eventually forced me to stop, and for the first time I actually looked inward.
What I found wasn't a fix. It was a remembering.
Through sound healing, breathwork, yoga, and sitting in circles with other women in Bali, in Oslo, on beaches and in living rooms, I slowly reconnected with parts of myself I'd been running from. The answers were never out there. They were already within me. That's what Cwithin means. It's not about having it figured out. It's about creating space to listen to yourself, to your body, to whatever is asking for your attention.
I'm not a therapist and I'm not a guru. I'm someone who holds space. I don't have all the answers and I'll never pretend to. But I deeply believe that when you give yourself permission to slow down, feel, and be honest, something shifts. Today I work across Scandinavia and Indonesia, holding spaces wherever I am. Whether you come once or come every week, you're welcome exactly as you are.
I'll never pretend to have it all figured out. Authenticity is more healing than performance.
Slowing down isn't weakness. It's one of the bravest things you can do in a world that rewards speed.
My role isn't to tell you what to feel. It's to create the conditions where your own wisdom can surface.
Cwithin isn't tied to one place — it's wherever we gather. I hold sessions and retreats across two corners of the world.
"If any of this resonates, even a little — that's enough."
